Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may request a full refund before any design, development, consultation, research, planning, or other project-related work has started. Once work has commenced or resources have been allocated to the project, refunds will be assessed based on the work completed and costs incurred.
Partial Refunds
If a client cancels a project after work has started, any approved refund will be calculated after deducting charges for completed work, time spent, third-party costs, and other non-refundable expenses. Refund eligibility and the refundable amount will depend on the specific circumstances and progress of the project.
Non-Refundable Services
Payments for completed services, approved deliverables, domain registrations, website hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock assets, software licenses, advertising expenses, and other third-party products or services purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
Revision and Service Concerns
If a client is dissatisfied with the work delivered, the client should contact us and provide details of the concern. Zams Web Design will make reasonable efforts to address issues and provide revisions in accordance with the agreed project scope and revision terms before a refund request is considered.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@zamswebdesign.com with the client’s name, project details, payment information, and reason for the request. We will review eligible requests and provide a response within 7 business days.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Zams Web Design is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Zams Web Design before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
